Baby Love

We are busy busy around here so it has been so nice to snap pictures on my phone! I have caught some cute moments!

Colin is just amazed by his big sister and this was a sweet moment watching Kaitlin dance!

Kaitlin had Earth Day celebrations this week at school! She was ready to get dirty planting some flowers!

Baby Colin is growing out of some of his clothes which is a great sign of a healthy baby but it is sad to see him getting big so fast! He is not chunky in the arms or legs but he is really long and his toes are poking out of his smaller sleepers! So So thankful for a growing boy!

It is amazing how much you forget about the first few months of having a newborn ! I had totally forgotten how many outfits babies wear everyday! And how crazy each brand of clothing fits so differently! It is a new learning curve with a boy but it is so much fun!

Kaitlin and Jake

Kaitlin says the funniest things these days and her imagination is growing more and more! She plays “Jake and the Never land Pirates”with Kory and they hunt for buried treasure!She calls herself Izzy,the girl on the Disney cartoon, and refers to Kory as Jake! Here she is searching for “treasure”!

Kaitlin LOVES animals and can name almost every kind out there! We were at an office that had oceans paintings and Kaitlin named them all correctly. There was a huge black and white whale that I referred to as a “killer whale” Kaitlin corrected me and let me know it was an orca!

We have been strolling in the neighborhood and Kaitlin loves to play the game “red-light- green light” with us!

We had some rain last week and were trying to explain to Kaitlin that it was wet outside so she requested a paper towel! She was quite disappointed when that was not the quick fix she was hoping for! She is such a funny funny girl!

Birthday Party

Kaitlin had an amazing birthday party at The Little Gym this weekend!

The balance beam was her favorite station and I was very impressed at her balance and grace! She probably walked the beam 25 times or more during the party! Training for the Olympics may start any day!

The party was wonderful and Kory has decided to never have a party at our house again! It was so nice to show up to the with cupcakes and not worry about anything!

They had everyone  introduce themselves at the party and the birthday girl proudly announced herself as “Kaitlin Grace.” It was so precious! I’d never heard her say her first & middle name together.

Kaitlin had a great time and has talked about it all night!

My friend (http://allaboutthecookies.blogspot.com/) made the cutest cookies and Kaitlin was thrilled that all her favorite animals were at the party! They were so delicious and adorable!!

The party room was so quiet once the cupcakes and cookies were served!

I cant believe we just had a party celebrating 3 years of Kaitlin! Time is going by way too fast!
