They have made the cutest ornaments at school every day and she is so excited to hang the new ornaments on our tree!!
Kory surprised me with a date night last week and it was a wonderful day!!
We ate dinner at a wonderful new Italian restaurant on the downtown square!! It was an amazing meal and we got to see the square all decorated for Christmas!! He mentioned going shopping earlier in the week but he actually got tickets to our new art museum!!
Bentonville opened Crystal Bridges Art Museum last month and we were amazed at the amazing building and vast art collections!! It is one of the top art museums in the country … in our back yard!
This was the most amazing thing I have ever seen!! It is an interpretation of “The Lord’s Supper” upside down made out of 20,000 spools of thread!! Amazing …
Kory and I are not that knowledgeable about art but it is amazing to see all this famous art in Arkansas.
We really enjoyed the colonial art!!
They even had a picture of Davy Crockett!!! We felt at home with him (Even though they called him David Crockett at the Arkansas game????)

It was a great date, and we stepped WAY outside our comfort zone. I have the best husband EVER!
Kaitlin was not a fan of Santa last year but she LOVED Santa Cow!! How was this a year ago!!!
Kaitlin LOVED the idea of Santa Cow and was excited to see the “big cow” but she was so scared when it was our turn to see him! So we ate breakfast and observed how helpful Santa Cow was putting up trays and taking orders behind the counter! It was so funny to see this huge cow helping! She warmed up to him so we tried again!

So we may not get a picture with Santa this year!! We may just stick with Santa Cow!! Hope he brings us more chicken!!!
I got Kaitlin some Christmas slippers since it is getting chilly outside!! She saw them on the counter and pulled them off and directly put them on her feet!!
We let her watch the Rudolph special on TV and Kaitlin ran to get Rudolph and her slippers so they could watch as well!!
Then she decided it would be fun to ride Rudolph lie a horse!!! Poor Rudolph!!

Kaitlin loves the new puppy outfits that her Kiki sent her for Christmas! She’s been picking them out herself to wear over the past couple of days.
And out of nowhere, she can actually say “PUPPY!!” now, instead of just dog. She gets so excited …
Here’s Kaitlin with her favorite puppy, Smokey. She was sad that Smokey was on the injured reserve list this season (and her Daddy was sad half of Smokey’s team was on the same list).
Kaitlin has a case of the sniffles lately so we broke out the humidifier in her room again. When she woke up, she picked out the winter puppy dress (SO cute!!!), and here’s what she looked like after nap time …

She is just growing up SO fast. Kaitlin enjoys playing dress up these days too and can’t be separated from her cell phone and purse.
Kory says it’s a little too early for this and that I’m not helping. I think he’s just delaying the inevitable! She’s just too much fun!
